2021 Westside Invitational Tournament
June 11, 12 & 13
Tournament games will be played at Parma Town Park, Grace & Truth Sports Park, Merton Williams Middle School, and Hilton High School.
Team Registration Documents:
Each team is required to register prior to the start of their first game.
Along with the attached documents below, each team is required to provide a copy of a US Youth Soccer Certified Roster (with player names, birth dates and jersey numbers). Please bring your player passes and risk management passes so they can be viewed at check in. Please make sure your passes are readily available if needed during the tournament.

If using a guest player, please submit a Guest Player Form
Registration documents must be submitted to the registration committee prior to the first game. Registration is at Parma Park. Registration times are Friday 4pm to 8pm. Saturday from 7am to Noon. Registration Tent will be near the Concession stand.
